Logo's/Caps/Uni's/ reverting back.

I started an MLB historical league and at the end of each season I have had, (2) both times all of my historical logo's/caps and uni's have reverted back to the 2013 present versions. Is there a reason why this is happening, and is there a way to prevent this?

Edited to add that I now have it to where only the Logo's are reverting back to the 2013 logo's. So now it is just a matter of why those are reverting. Just so it is known, I did start this league in 1901, and the 2013 logo's added themselves over time due to the all in one add-on, if that helps.

I had an issue with my league switching to 2013 stuff from the All-in-one-mod too. I figured that it was because the league was looking at those big jersey, cap, and logo folders and when it saw something in there that fit a team name, it would insert it.

There is that screen, and I cannot remember where it is off hand, I dont have OOTP in front of me, but you can set the file paths for each thing, and I then set the logos and jersey folders to folders INSIDE the .lg folder, essentially cutting the league off from the rest of OOTPs stuff, and that did the trick. I had to then go and copy over the generic templates for things to those new folders, but since that, I have not seen this happen again.

I am having this same problem.

Is that screen game specific? Can I set one game that I am playing to one path and another to a different path?

(And if you do see this an dare at your compter, could you tell me exactly where that option is?)

I love having the historical unis etc., but I am also running a 2013 game and every time I switch back and forth, the historical ones revert.

Have seen the same thing, didn't happen in prior versions, changes stuck.

i have seen it before. but i think my problem was that i was also changing the team names when it happened. if i didnt do the logo and team name in the correct order, it would not save right. but that was 2 years ago since i was doing that stuff, so i dont remember exactly.

I had the same issue, found a workaround by removing the Logo folder (all mlb 2013 logos are in there), don't delete it just save it somewhere- then start up a historical league and manually import the historical logos. If you want to start a MLB 2013 league after that, just bring back the Logo folder from wherever you had placed it. You can remove it again once the season is started up, it seems the game remembers the logos when the league is created.

Possibly related question that really isn't worth starting a new thread on. In my MLB 2013 game with the all-in-one mod, once the Orioles moved to Indianapolis after the 2013 season, I edited their logo by loading the normal Orioles logo over the generated logo.

Every time I load the game though, it overwrites the loaded Baltimore logo to go back to the generated logo. If it helps at all, none of my other logos change or revert.

1. Yes.

And I see where you're going. I didn't even think of that. It's trying to pull the Indianapolis logo, but the logo file is called Baltimore or whatever. I'll fix that.

I think though that if the logo is changed in the game, then the files should be dealt with so that it stays, and not revert. It seems to be the logical expectation, and if the game does not work that way, I suggest it gets put on the list for new things to be included.
