Player Development Log From Previous Year?

I just reached my second Preseason and all the previous logs under the individual players cards' "Player Development" tab just disappeared.

Is there a setting that forces it to keep these changes from the last year or two, on all the individual players' info windows?

Edit: Similarly, all the Fielding Stats were wiped too. I'd like to keep at least the previous year's fielding stats for all MLB players but they've been wiped clean at the start of preseason.

I've not changed any of the stat logging settings from default.

I guess the individual Player Development Log tab can only keep the current year's stat changes then? It's wiped clean at the end of every season?
