Cool idea?
Well I got bored the other night and came up with a new little "system" I hate to say, for giving owners more than one chance with a team. Here's the current layout:
- Each Owner has 50 million dollars of 'pocket cash' - The pocket cash can't be used to sign free agents or any sign anyone in the season. The owner can use that money on their team only if they don't have enough money to pay their salaries. This makes an owner have something such as "lives" in the league. You go bankrupt, you can ask the commissioner to spend your pocket cash to get your team out of debt so it can stay in the league. Any suggestions or thought are welcomed. Thanks Paul PLAY! Interesting concept...so, its like having an insurance policy, huh? What happens once that 50 million is spent? Can an owner start an "escrow" account to save up for this rainy day?

When the owner is out of pocket cash, he must leave the league for an undetermened amount of seasons.
