Game gets stuck after a game ends....

I am running the game with the latest patch (14.2.9), and it was working without any problems for hundreds of games. However, I am in season 2 of my custom game and the just gets stuck when I finish playing/managing a game. It just gets stuck (can still hear the crowd etc.) but it wont exit to the post game boxscore once a game is complete. I tried simulating couple of the games (simulation works fine), but same problem occurs every time I go into play a game.

Here is a screenshot of what I see once a game is complete. Instead of exiting and going to the post game boxscore, game is still stuck here (I can't click on anything, but its not frozen because I can still hear the crowd).

Anyone know what might have suddenly caused this to occur? Or how to fix this?
