1. In historical game mode if I create some expansion teams to the majors for a given historical year those teams disappear after that year. How do I keep the new teams form disappearing after a year?

2. How do we reorder the bullpen in terms of who's listed first amongst the middle relievers as an example?

I'm wondering if the "order of the bullpen" for MR is done with the Use more often/less often settings this year than having them in a specific order?

Turn off evolution. League Setup - Either under Historical or Rules. i am in teh middle of a season so mine is not showing up.
