Free Agent Draft

I believe I saw somewhere something about an FA draft. I'm not sure, maybe I misread. Can anybody tell me what that is all about and where do I find it? Just curious for future reference

It lets you set up a draft of all current free agents - if I remember correctly it gives all drafted players a one year contract. It can be started from League Setup, it's one of the options in the left side column.
