Creating the NCAA in OotP 14

Has anyone done this? How do you do it? Feeder leagues? Can you simulate players leaving early?

There was a mod for OOTP 12. The game doesn't do a good job of replicating NCCA baseball, but than again it wasn't designed to. You can't simulate players leaving early, but I don't think college players leave early in NCAA baseball. Running it as majors works the 'best'.
