R.T. Sim bug?

Gents,
Not to complain, :-) but I have had the same problem happen twice now. I created the Phillies in Major Leagues - playing the real -time simulation mode

It works fine UNTIL something happens that takes it out of the "mode", ie; 3rd Baseman Mike Moustakas got injured and the game automatically went to the e-mail reporting that an undislosed injury occurred and when I cleared the e-mail. I had the game crash when I tried to re enter the simulation mode. The time before it was an injury to Dominic Brown and the same thing happened. The game closed and didnt save (it went back to the season's start) and apparently all the evidence is gone.

Looking for suggestions or ideas to get back into the simulation other than clicking on the R.T. Sim button as it seems to cause the crash.

Bluenoser, I looked first for a "bug" Forum for OOTP14 and didn't find one, I eventually found the support ticket through Oldtimer's post.

Color me stupid - can anyone point out where this bug forum for OOTP14 is?
