This is from a Sebastian FAQ. Could someone explain it in a little more detail for me, especially the restore iap part? I am not an itunes expert. Thanks.

Q: I want to use purchased historical seasons on more then one device I own?
A: Very important: it works as long as both devices are connected to the same iTunes Account!

Just use the button "Restore IAP's" on on the purchase page.

On your other iOS device, go to the Main Menu, select "Start New Game," then select "Historical Replay," continue to "Buy Additonal Years" (even if you have already purchased the season you want to play). You should see a menu across the bottom of the screen that includes the "Restore IAPs" button. Tap it, you will be prompted to type in your Apple ID Password. Once you do so a dialogue box should pop up indicating a restoration is in progress. Then go back to the Main Menu, select Start New Game, Historical Replay, continue, and you should see all your previously purchased seasons - provided both of your devices share the same iTunes account.
