Historical Leagues

It has been stated that for the historical leagues we will be able to import real historical rookies as long as we have next year. So my question is, if for example I only want to play in the 1990's and don't want to buy other seasons, will I have to pay $1 for each of those seasons or can I just buy one of these $4.99 bundles that will include them all?

Because in the current $4.99 bundles the years are scattered
like Bundle I:Record Breakers
1911 1927 1928 1941 1961 1974 1976 1983 1998 2001

Another question is if I had say 1997 and 1999 and started it in 1996. I would get real rookies for 1997, but then fictional ones, then would the 1999 rookies be real or fictional?
