HS Feeder League Questions

I am messing around with a 2000 MAL league with Korea, Japan. Taiwan & Cuba as ML. a 14team HS league which i am a mgr of 1 of the teams and Nutt's NCAA. So far my HS league is setup as I want it. My questions are this:
1. When a player graduates from HS. Will he sometimes go to college in Nutt's universe?
2. What type of stats can I espect from a player with 2's across the board in HS?
3. Coaches for going after FA coaches is it pretty much the same as at a ML level that if I offer them a contract some will ask for too much for that level and some will give me a bottom dollar amount?
4. What else should I know about a HS feeder league? Should I create more HS feeder league teams?

-i think they only go to college if they do not sign with a MLB team after eing drafted. even then, i dont know if they go to your universe's college teams, but i could be wrong. i hope that one day there is a more fluid progression from HS-->College-->MLB and that for the majority, only players who could truly jump from HS to the minors would enter the draft, the rest would enter a "college draft" for simplicity's sake.

-well, this year year 392 kids in the country hit over .500, 36 over .600 and two over .700. the leader hit .759 (9 games) looks like the range is anywhere between 8-30 games, with most playing about 10-15
-the HR leader is 9 (in 21 games), and 58 kids have 5 or more. looks like the range is anywhere between 15-25 games
-so while i dont have an answer to your specific question, maybe this gives you some sort of idea?

-no idea, but i have noticed that feeder coaches make waaaaay too much. but it probably doesnt really matter since HS's dont make or spend money anyways.

-feeders probably are not for everyone, but i like them for immersion in the world, and like to follow players i create from HS-->retirement.
-you should know that i am creating a massive feeder league, probably going to end up being a bad idea, but i am making every city in the US with over 50,000 people a high school team. each state is its own region. california is a pain in the ass so far.

Thanx for the responses. i can help ya a bit with IL. I am asking Justafan to do the West Suburban Conference logos for me. I am gonna try to match that logo to uniforms from Vimage and The Uniform Projects if not i am gonna try to get someone to make them.
50,000 Not sure if half of the towns in the WSC are even that big. The town my school is in is only 22,500 but we have had 3 former MLers. It is also a magnet school.

In my universe I have definitely seen players go from HS to College within the same league. This is an entirely fictional universe so not sure if it works with Nutt's but if they are both affiliated to the same major league it should work
