[0.9.9 Historical] Goalie Wins

There seems to be an issue with the goaltender stats, at least in the historical game. I'm 8 games into the 1947 season with the Canadiens and the team has a 5-0-3 record. Bill Durnan has played every game and somehow has a 7-0 record. It doesn't seem to be as simple as ties counting as wins so I'm not sure why some ties have counted as wins and one hasn't.

A few other examples:
Boston is 0-6-2 but their goalie is 0-8
Chicago is 3-2-2 and their goalie is 4-2
Detroit is 3-2-3 and their goalies are 2-3 and 2-1
Toronto and New York don't have a tie yet so their goalie stats match the team record.

i think that another bug is that shoutout doesnt count to goalie stats..

I'm seeing something similar, build 9 - season 2 with the Winnipeg Jets

Jets record is 21-18-5

Montoya's record is 15GP with 6-8-1 (adds up to 15gp)
Pavelec's record is 29GP with 13-14-4 (adds up to 31gp)
