FA Comp Round Order

Does anyone know how the order of the Supplemental 1st round of the draft is determined?

I have looked here:

I would assume it goes by record...?

Technically, compensation picks for lost free agents is no longer a supplemental round. Instead, they are added on to the end of the first round (at least, according to the draft order listed at Baseball America).

The order of the compensation picks is strictly in inverse order of standings from the previous season. If a club has more than one compensation pick, then it gets those picks consecutively.

The supplemental rounds now are the two competitive balance draft lottery sequences of picks (each consisting of six picks). The "A" round immediately follows the first round of the draft, while the "B" round immediately follows the second round of the draft.

This is how the 2013 amateur draft order stands at the moment (if I've figured things correctly):

1. HOU
2. CHN
3. COL
4. MIN
5. CLE
6. MIA
7. BOS
8. KCA
9. PIT (for failure to sign 1st round draft pick Mark Appel)
10. TOR
11. NYN
12. SEA
13. SDN
14. PIT
15. ARI

— ANA (forfeiture of pick for signing of qualified free agent Josh Hamilton)
