Need your help picking MLB dynasty team

I always like to try and simulate reality as best as possible, so I'm trying to find a team that might have realistically fired their GM before the start of the 2013 season--perhaps they were fed up before, and the offseason not materializing was the final straw.

Here are a few candidates, but feel free to write in your vote as well:

Colorado Rockies
They have a couple of stud players, yet have fallen short. Are they fed up yet?

Miami Marlins
Team has been in disarray and it's hard not to question the leadership and direction.

Minnesota Twins
Terry Ryan stepped down before and was brought back. Could it simply happen again? I could envision him feeling as though be bought the club some time.

New York Yankees
Nothing would surprise us with this team, would it? Definitely a different feel this year.

Pittsburgh Pirates
In a similar situation as Colorado.

San Diego
Has Byrnes had enough time? Are they fed up?

I'm looking for a believable storyline. This could even be a mistress scandal haha, but ideally it'd be based on the team becoming impatient.

I'd go with Minnesota as a more believable option. Loria isn't changing anytime soon. I think Terry Ryan would step down if he felt a good hire was available.

Definitely not New York or Miami. Yankees are happy with Cashman and Hank Steinbrenner is intentionally reining in payroll, while Loria probably thinks he's doing well also.

Colorado and Minnesota are possibilities. Both have been frustrated as late.

My money's on Pittsburgh or San Diego. In Pittsburgh it's been a generation since they've broken .500. I can't imagine the Padres are too pleased with their lot in life either.

Other possibilities are:
Baltimore - perennial cellar dweller
Seattle - who also has struggled the last few years and finally lost Ichiro
Mets - tired of a history of underperforming

Pittsburgh, with the youngsters they have and years and years and years of frustration for we fans, a change might be best for them. We could use a new face in charge that could possibly bring some life to this team.

I attempted to fix the Pirates a few years back, it was quite fun, they have such a good history, albeit some time ago
