Bugs noticed after 1 season of playing

I loved the game and got through 1st season. These are some issues that arose:

- At July, creation of new season stats - all players had their waiver eligibility reset to "no" meaning you can now send down anyone on the team to minors.
- My scouting was working fine, and I was getting lots of reports from scouts that I assigned to look at various juniuor teams. On March 18 (not sure if I accidentally reset anything), I stopped getting any scouting reports. It looks like all my scouts just stopped working. All their joblists remained as they were and did not progress, and I got no more reports.
- At that same time in the "manager news", the data for "subscribe to" got changed to "no news, only personal messages". Even if I can change the "manager options" to "news from your entire organization", it does not change the option in "manager news".
- Players that I sign from the draft to entry level contracts, are shown as being UFA when their contract expires. These should normally become RFA at that time.
- There was no menu item for the draft. When I went to check details on a player (like scouting), I could not get back into the draft until I clicked on play current day.
- For team personnel, after the July 1 change-over, my staff now have contract expiry dates such as "15941" or "31477". Obviously not correct date format. There should also be a column on the info screen showing their contract expiry so we can tell when we need to renew contracts for them. Speaking of renewals for staff - how can we renew their contracts? I didn't see any place we can do that.
- Trade dealine - I noticed that only 1 trade was completed in the week before the trade deadline - should be much more to be realistic.
- Signing of my RFA's - A couple of players agreed to my terms early in the season, but never actually completed the signing. Other players refused my offers during the year. All of a sudden in late June, I got a bunch of "signed" contracts for both these situations.
- Offer sheets. Is this feature installed yet? I could not find any way to make an offer. Several of my players said they were going to wait for offer sheets, then just "signed" in late June without any discussion.
