Call-ups not appearing in transactions

Running ECHL team I see PMs advising of players being called-up to AHL but these do not appear in transactions. Seems like they should so as to have a single record of roster moves throughout the season.

I know they were being tracked in an earlier build, and I seem to remember Sebastian saying he fixed a problem with transaction recording at some point on the weekend, but back to the bug list it goes.
