Is there a way to put in all the stadiums in the game?

So when I'm away I see different looks and GRAPHICS of stadiums

Yes. Just check out the mods forums and the OOTP 13 manual for more information on how to install ballpark images and use them. You can get ballpark images and related ballpark files from OOTPMods.com.
