Graphics for players and teams

I am curious as there will most likely not be facegen in this version which is fine, what the player picture size and how they will be named to have them show up?

I would think that they would be the same size as OOTP but just for clarification. I would like to work on some pictures for the teams and players that I would like to have. I'm not overly fond of the headshots and prefer the action photos.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you
