Arbitration changed, but reverts?

I believe I've seen this happen a few times now. Of course arbitration only comes once per year and it's over in a flash, so it's tough to revisit to track, but...

Have three players in a fictional league going to arb.
Each was making my (for my fictional) 21k. First two were suggested as 31.5k and the third 55k.
I changed the first two to 30k even and saved the change, but left the final guy (young superstar and worth it).

Arbitration day comes and the first two receive 31.5k when arbitrator rules in favour of TEAM??
Third ruled in favour of the player so he was worth even more.

My point...
Why wasn't my changed offer reflected in the ruling?

After each change you must hit the submit button. If you don't it just reverts back to the initial amount.

I swear to you that I did that. Which is what prompted my coming here.
Curious.

Next period I will screen shot the process just in case I duplicate it. Hope it's not something I have set incorrectly/differently in my setup? Not a huge deal, just more a post in case it was an issue.

Thanks for the answer.

Here's some evidence (again, just trying to help out if this is some kind of glitch/bug). If I have done something wrong, please let me know.

As you'll see in the following attached shots...

1) Five players will go to arbitration (I subsequently traded one as part of a post-season deal and just withdrew the other, so actually three).

2) Changed POIRIER from 31,500 to 29,500 (both because I wanted to lower it a bit...and for illustration of course).

3) Changed JACQUOT to 69,500. Clicked OK in both cases to confirm.

4) Jacquot is signed to the 69,500 as arb sides with the team. Good!

5) Poirier is signed at 31,500 as the arb sides with the team? Wrong. It should be the 29,500 I had previously offered.

So in this case one of the two arb awards was correct, the other not so much. Curious??? And please, if I am missing something, let me know.

The only thing I can think of is if you did not do them one at a time. I don't have the game in front of me but first you hit the change button then you have to enter the amount then hit submit and you will get a pop up that says the amount of the submission. Just make sure you do this process for each guy, one at a time.

Looking at your screen it appears you are doing it correctly but I just wanted to make sure that you are hitting the submit button after you make the first change.

Hey, quick response.

In each of the two cases I changed the number in the number field to what I wanted, then hit the change button. That prompted the pop-up (and there's one specifically for each change done that way in the pics), to which I replied OK.

As far as I can tell, I did one at a time.

I have immediately done a backup of this game. But probably should have backed up just as the arbitration process began! I was more concerned with doing the printscreens to get the pics. Sorry. I'll try and remember to backup again before next "year".

Not a huge deal. Just wondering what's up?

EDIT: And in the case of withdrawing the arb figure, I simply clicked the withdraw and it disappears.

Sorry I can't help you. You appear to be doing it correctly and my only guess was that you were not doing each player one at a time. If you figure it out please post it here so others who may have the same issue know what needs to be done.

Have you tried withdrawing the offer and then inputting a new one?
