OOTP and Thanksgiving

OOTP doesn't include holidays.

I totally agree with this too. Holidays should not be included in the game. In my best Forest Gump, lots of "whole other countries."

Now to the whole point of this thread...

it should have holidays tired to the region you have your league in, so a canadian league would of already had thanksgiving.

that is if the schedule maker can handle this

Was going to post a new thread with my Thanksgiving treat sent to me by OOTP, but will just add here....in case I don't say it enough, I love this game. Thank you Markus and the OOTP gang for making a continually improved product.

Thank you to the Mod Community for providing users with access to your fine work. You enhance the enjoyment of this fine game for so many of us.

Thank you to the fine folks who participate in the forums. Even in areas of disagreement, we all share a love for the game of baseball and this wonderful product. I sincerely wish all posters and lurkers a wonderful day, today.

And I am thankful for the random debut feature which gave me this gem to watch, today ( I so much more enjoy watching these players than Ndamukong Suh).

Interesting note is that the Orioles set a league record for HRs in this season, but due to the DH, Ruth never took a swing.

Game ended with a no decision for each starter (well pitched games for both), but was just neat to envision this contest.

This is going to sound sappy, but then again, I am a sap. So: On Thanksgiving, I am thankful for this game. The reason I say this with conviction is that I remember the long wait for it and all the inferior substitutes I had to settle for before I finally found OOTPB.
