MLB 2016 Padres Dynasty

I usually mill around in the General Discussion but I was inspired to start a dynasty report after reading I think "Being the Brewmaster" and I wanted to give it a shot

I've done a mobile reds dynasty which is currently in hiatus, but if you want to check it out its in my signature

I'll be running obviously a padres sim with current 2016 rosters
20 to 80 scale
Default Ageing and development 160 randomness
40/40/10/10 AI eval
average/neutral trade settings
DH in both leagues
AI evolution is on but I've only had 1 relocation in 5+ sims so idc if its on

Well lets see how this goes

Owners Goals
Don't suck completely (Doable Hopefully)
Upgrade at Left Field (Current Starter Jon Jay)
Sign Alexei Ramirez to an extension (Not going to happen)
Accquire a MVP winner (What kind of goal is this?)
Build the team up to reach the playoffs (That's the goal isnt it?)

Budget:
$150 Million t-20th
Payroll:
$105,282,500 19th

ROSTERS

Starters:
2015 Stats:

Opening Day Rotation

Prospect Starters:

Robbie Erlin (L), 25 AAA (1.5 P HS 3.5 P OSA)
2015 Stats:

Colin Rea (R), 25 AAA (1.5 P HS 1.5/3 P OSA)
2015 Stats:

Looking at this lineup we have a soild rotation with pieces that are able to be dealt for prospects if the perform these starters include (Pomeranz, Ross, and Shields). We also have two MLB ready options in Colin Rea and Robbie Erlin both of whom made there MLB debuts in 2015

BULLPEN
2015 Stats:

Bullpen Setup:

Propspect Bullpen:

Jose Domingez (R), 25 AA (2 P HS 3 P OSA)
2015 Stats:

Looking at this core it looks like an OK pen, in theory I would like Fernando Rodney at Closer over Kevin Quackenbush I want at least someone to get some value so I am able to flip them for something in the name of prospects. Our relief prospects are weak the only one of mention is Jose Domingez who is already 25 and has seen MLB action in 3 separate years

INFIELD

2015 Stats:

Defensive Alignments (Brett Wallace is DH)

Prospect Infielders:

2B Taylor Lindsey (L), 24 AAA (3.5 P HS/OSA)
2015 Stats:

SS Javier Guerra (L), 20 AA (5 P HS/OSA)
2015 Stats:

SS Jose Rondon (R), 22 AA (3.5 P HS 4.5 OSA)
2015 Stats:

What an infield... Most of these guys are ranked 4 stars+ and have decent ratings, Wil Myers is a star in the making and Alexei Ramirez is very highly rated by both Mark Conner and the OSA, The main one I'm hoping works out is Cory Spangenberg the 2011 1st round pick is going into a sophomore season as the starting 2B.

CATCHERS

2015 Stats:

Defensive Alignments:

Prospect Catchers

Austin Hedges (R), 23 AAA (4.5 HS/OSA)
2015 Stats:

I hope Christain Bethancourt does not stay the starting catcher as Derek Norris needs to gain value so he can be traded later in the year. Basically we have exquisite catching defense in Bethencourt and Austin Hedges.

OUTFIELD

2015 Stats:

Defensive Alignments:

Prospect Oufield

Manuel Margot (R), 21 AA
2015 stats:

Hunter Renfroe (R), 24 AAA
2015 stats:

The real question of this lineup is if Matt Kemp can provide for the team after being arguably a disappointment for this team, after being acqured from the Dodgers for Yasmani Grandal, Zach Eflin and Joe Wieland Kemp has put up low numbers opposite of high expectations.

Game Notes:
Way to go Kevin Quackenbush you scrub, goes into the ninth leading 1-0 and he some how loses the game after breaking down and losing the game completely. Quackenbush is close to getting released from the Padres. Also something needs to be done for the offense to actually put up runs.
