Help With Online League

I'm trying everything I can to get some suggestions with an issue I'm having. I'm getting no help at all from OOTP, so maybe someone here can suggest something.

I've got an online league with 28 members. We've been simming daily as we go through the preseason/spring training. 5-6 days ago, when the system sends the emails to the league managers, it stopped sending them to everyone. Now only the first 4-5 GMs on the list get the emails and no one else does. OOTP goes through the process of sending to each GM (at least visually).

I went to a backup file of the league that is roughly a month old (real time) and I know this worked properly the last time I used it. I tried to send the emails and got the same problem, only the first few were actually sent.

My first thought was that it was an issue with the email account it was being sent from, so I created a new account and that didn't solve the issue. I contacted Fidel with AllSim (host) and he assured me that it's not an email account issue. So now I'm lost, I have no idea what else I can do to make this work. I've run a small test league with 3 managers using my own accounts and it works fine.

As a GM I can unsubscribe, have your Gms? I know it is a stretch.
I have not used this feature as a commissioner. Is there a way to check the addresses being sent to? Possible corruption there?

I think that is my next step. Writing down all of the email addresses, maybe removing the chunk in the middle where it seems to flake out, then seeing if it finishes. Try to isolate it to 1 email address.
