Top of the supplimental draft round so pick #31.

The 2nd best potential player is still available but comes with red flags
Player Report for #29 Ernesto 'Echo' Aquino

Very Low Work Ethic and under developed at 22y/o. Do you take a flier on him? I was a rebuilding team that expects to compete this year and have the best farm system in the league.

Don't really need an OFer and the league is deep when it comes to talent in the OF but he has the 2nd best potential in the draft according to the game sorting by potential

Is scouting on? if so he might not be the 2nd best potential player so keep that in mind.
If you don't really need him i'd take someone else

Like you said he's under developed and 22. Even if he does turn the corner and develope, you said you don't need an outfielder. At 22 he'd be knocking on the door to the show pretty quick. With all those factors, I'd draft someone else.
