But the point here, is, does OOTP have a way to track offensive output with runners in scoring position?

Yep check the double split drop down on the lineups page.

It may not exist, but it is still interesting to see that Dan Uggla has been one of the most "clutch" players during the year, and that Kyle Seager has been the most.
