Managing All-Star Game??

I'm in my first OOTPB13 season after using v6.? for a while and I'm approaching the All-Star Game. I like that I can choose the players and I almost have the rosters set for the game though I have some questions with how OOTPB handles the All-Star Game now. Thanks in advance for the answers!

1. Do I have control to manage one or both sides of the game or does the computer make all of the in-game decisions - lineups, substitutions, etc?

2. If the computer is managing, does it know that it's the All-Star Game and only use the starting pitcher for a couple of innings or will it ride him as long as he can?

3. Will the computer manager(s) make frequent substitutions of position players?

4. Do pitch counts affect the pitchers before/after the All-Star Game? If I remember correctly, in v6 there was no assumed knowledge of a pitcher's workload and a Sunday starter would be able to start the Tuesday All-Star Game as well and then be able to start again on Friday with 4 days of "rest", as if the All-Star Game hadn't occurred.

If you are commissioner you can take control over one of the teams

Yes

Probably not quite like what happens IRL, but most of the players will get to do something during the game.

Managing All Star Game

I am at the All Star Game and am in commissioner mode, but when I try to make moves, i.e. batting order, im getting message saying "You Are Not Allowed to Manage this Team"

How do I get around this and manage to all star game?

Thanks,
