Minor league development
How do your minor leaguers develop? I am in my 3rd season and not one minor leaguer has a green arrow. None of the guys with 4 or 5 star potential has moved off their 1/2 or 1 star since drafted. Is their something I should be doing? Outside of the September roster expansion I have avoided any significant injuries. I have called a few guys up in those cases and all it does is upset then when I send them back down.

Right now there is nothing more you can do I'm afraid as the minors are more of an Reserve List to be honest. When we started our development (with 2011) devices were very limited. With the devices getting better and better we will revise Minors (in limited form), still need to figure out screen limitations (on iPhone/iPod).
That said, player will develop in the "Minors". Keep in mind that the green arrows tell you when a player reached a curtain level comparable to MLB League Average on his position (actual, somewhere below Average). So some player might never reach this level and never get a green arrow.
