Playoff Roster Override?

I have 2 guys that came off the DL during the divisional series. Before the next round of the playoffs, I want to put them on the active playoff roster. They are both playoff eligible. I've made room for them, but the game won't allow me to put them on the active playoff roster. Where is the override in the game that will allow me to fix this?

That is what I have tried and it does not work. I'm getting a message that they can't be added to the active roster, but it's clear that I should be able to.

Activate commissioner mode. Go to the player card and you will be able to check a box for "playoff-eligible".

Check your Transactions tab, click the drop down menu for the different "windows" in the screen. It shoudl give you a Playoff Roster option iirc. Select and add players. I am pretty sure this is how it is done not adding the to the Active Roster.

Game setup --> League setup --> Rules --> Roster rules
Post-season roster rules set to "disabled"

I don't see anything for playoff rosters that would allow me to disable.

Can only be done outside of the regular season I believe.
