Almanac Setup - What To Keep, What To Get Rid Of?

I am restarting one of my league that features a 1999 MLB league with full history. Average almanac time was 2-3 hrs. I am wondering what are good things to keep and what are good things to get rid of. I want all ML player career stats, standings, trades. Not sure if I should bother with transactions. Also instead of having full minors in this new league I only have AAA. I create my custom league in 2003 plus 3 more leagues in 2005 & 2007.

I'd hit the delete who don't make majors button. Transactions can probably be purged for history. I'd keep the transactions that have happened since I've started playing though.

Keep in mind with only one AAA league all your rookies will be thrown into the pot of almost ready major leaguers. I usually go with atleast 2 leagues. It might not hurt to throw a short season rookie league in there?

In 2003 I am going to add AA. Before under my old setup. AAA tended to only have 5-10 players while AAA & A were full and R tended to have 2-10 players. Do you by chance know what report that is for historical transactions? I kept all history related reports. I started the almanac at 5 am today and it ended at 830. So I think I over did it.

I don't have the game in front of me unfortunately. I wouldn't imagine it would be hidden under anything too fancy though?

I got it down to about 35-45 minutes now. I didn't notice the 1st year, I had accidentally selected all reports after originally choosing which reports I wanted.
