Pfft, this game has enough stats already! We need graphics and sound!

It's funny because your username is Tax Man.

I don't even use the ball tracking feature - looks like poop. I wish fly balls would, you know, *look* like fly balls and things like that. I still hold out hope for Microleague type graphics, actually! Anything more than thata would detract from the game, IMHO. If it starts looking XBoxie. . . ugh. The sound is fine by me. Play-by-play, such as in Baseball for Windows (R.I.P.) would be heavenly, tho!

Sure, the game has tons of great stats to track and analyze but Inherited Runners Scored % is possibly the best "nutshell" stat to judge relievers on, especially in clutch situations. I find it inexcusable that it's not tracked.

Heh, that's what I keep thinking whenever I see this thread title, especially this time of year. The IRS and the % of my income they take!

Well, before texasmame gets riled up over thread hijacking, let's get it back on track. I can agree with the opinion that "Inherited Runners Scored % is possibly the best 'nutshell' stat to judge relievers on, especially in clutch situations."

Considering some of the other arcane statistics included in this game, it's strange to me that a statistic that I ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND is missing from it!

Markus has been generous enough over the last few versions to tick off a few of the items on my wishlist. I think the only two that remain- from the longstanding list -are this one and registering pitcher triple crowns into the accomplishment section. Oh, and getting fielding team stats into the team's/league's history, however on that one at least I can open with an external browser and save to file. Last I knew, IRS% was a database issue, so I'm not optimistic we'll ever see its return. It's listed in the boxscore, so I would hope there's some way to mine that data into a report. Oh, well. You can't have everything, I guess.
