What happened here?

I started a fictional league, Great lakes league actually, all with default settings. All I did was sim through the season. As you see here, there are 2 teams with zero record (notice one is 1/2 game back in standings) and when I check team history, there is nothing there.

During this season, in late August, I did get a warning to that a team didn't have enough players. I simply filled it with fictional players and simmed the rest of the season.

Can anyone explain this? I can't see how the game stopped when one team was short players but allowed 2 teams to do nothing.

This is Short Season A btw.

Did you add a team after you started the league, but didn't regenerate the schedule? It seems like the schedule must have been off.

No, I didn't do anything like that. I simply created the game, accepted a job and then simmed the season.

Its really not a big deal, it was the first season with this league, so I can start over I guess.

If you already finished your season these teams look like expansion teams ...

The team at 0-0 being 1/2 GB is easy to explain - the first place team is 1 game over .500, so a team at .500 (what 0-0 technically is) is 1/2 game back ...

That screenshot was early September, the season wasn't over at that point.

I also looked at the roster and although there are pitchers on the team, there are no position players.

I have since gone into the options and just deleted the teams and I'll go from there.
