Summer Leagues

This might have been up before, but I can´t seam to find a thread.

The present summer leagues, Dominican and Venezuelan have some impact on young rookies and looking at the original present QS many players in the Rookie league (with the game) actually played only in these Summer Leagues.
The present rookie leagues sometimes have up to 40 players on their roster and starting a game starts mass releases.

How will the effect on creating at least 1 of these Summer leagues, lets say the Dominican, have on the overall playing of the game.
It will be created as a Rookie Minor league and starts schedule in June like the other Rookie leagues.

Today 4 Rookie league has slighlty different Sabermatics PCM to hopefully make them of different importance. Naturally one should edit this Summer League as the lowets of all Rookie leagues.

Has anyone done this.
The result of it.
How adjusted in contrast to present Rookie Leagues.

Gents, as much info before getting on with messing with this will be appreciated.
