Deleting all players from a league

Okay, I'm probably dense, as I've been playing OOTP for several years and haven't figured this out, but…

I have a new league/game I just created from a template. There were players already on the teams, but I would like to use new ones. I've already released all the players. I see I can fill all teams with fictional players, but that doesn't get rid of the free agents. Since I've already released the players, am I SOL, or is there a way to delete all of them? I'll be darned if I can find it and I didn't see anything on it in the manual.

You're just trying to delete all the players in free agency? If you are acting as commish there is a button on the bottom right of the screen that says "Delete All Free Agents" if that's what you're trying to do.
