Picture of Player Problem

I play in a historical league and about half the pictures are just fine, but about half the pictures are generic ones created by the computer--even stars like McGwire. How come?

I would guess that either some historical player photos are missing from \Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 13\photos or there is a problem with the photo file names. There has to be an exact match of player name to file name for the correct photo to appear, or else the game will create a fictional one, I believe. For example, Mark McGwire would have to be in there as Mark_McGwire.png, including the underscore for the blank space.
