getting pictures of players in the game

I have downloaded the player set of photos for the game and used 7zip to extract the files. But now I have no idea how to get these pics in the game. anyone know?

Place the photos in your My Documents/OOTP 13/Photos folder. If these are for an existing game go to Preferences to make sure the game looks for photos 1st vs facegen and also under AI & Photo options under your league setup. There's also a step to redo all player photos but I haven't done that in ages since i use facegens.

yes as far as the folders go. under League Setup - Player & Picture Options you can update the pictures. I am in the playoffs for the league I am on right now and the option is greyed out ( I play in Commish Mode) not sure why. Might have to do it in Preseason.
