Two leagues, One draft pool?

Simple as that.

Can two leagues share one draft pool?

League A: drafts November 1st
League B: drafts December 1st

Possible?

You can share the pool by associating the leagues, but then the draft for both leagues occurs on the same date.

Really? Does one league draft before the other, or do they combine the records and create the order by that?
