League does not go into offseason mode?

I changed my fictional league from a league with 2 divisions and 12 in each to 3 leagues of 8 in an association with an associated playoffs after 2 years. Everything seemed to go fine during the season and playoffs but now the playoffs won't end. I simulated until playoffs end and clicked to another window and all of a sudden I looked back and it was November (Winter Meetings are usually held in August) and it's not offseason. Any help? Any way to force the league to go into offseason mode. I've put a ton of time into minors, unis, feeders, in this league and really hope this won't cripple it.

I don't know the answer. Did you try the auto-sim to playoff end? You may want to open a bug with tech support.
