What will fix this problem?

I created a league, then selected my own logos, which are in the ootp13 folder (under a custom name), but not in the saved game folder. Then, when I restarted the game today, it recreated logos for all the teams I had selected custom logos for. I've never had this problem with previous versions.

Go to your saved game's news\html\images\team_logos and delete them. Copy the new team logos to it. Do the same for league_logos if you want to use them. Start the game and you should have your new logos.
