Need help with logos being too dark

Hi all,
'26 is my first OOTP in a few years and I'm trying to figure out why many of my logos are changing to darker colors when importing into the game. (I'm also trying to learn how to do my own graphics so I might be screwing something up.)

This is an example. This shade of orange registers as hex #F16522, but when I import it, it changes to #EC3F0D. The imported color is hard to make out on standings page and other menus. I've spent 2 days trying to figure out if it's me, the game, or my computer. I have a new Mac and it's Color Profile is Color LCD.

I've also tried using all the skins in the game. If anyone feels like taking this on, it would be great. Maybe tweak the logo or import it into your game and see if things are different?

Same problem. On a Mac. Don't know if it's ever been addressed?
