Modern Baseball

Would anyone be so kind as to post teh settings(bunting frequency, hit+run, typical rotation size,etc..) for the era entitled Modern Baseball? I was fooling around with the settings for one league and I didn't realize it altered every league. I realize this now but I forgot the original settings and I would like to restore them. Thanks!

Hit & Run: Normal
Pinch Hitting: Often
Use Relievers: Very Often
Pitcher Endurance: Fair
Typical Rotation: 5 Men
