mclowman OOTP Roster Team Join Date: Mar 2010 Posts: 281	Do coaches always leave? I've just started the 3rd off-season of my career, and every single coach whose contract expired has had no interest in returning to his previous position. I can understand a coach in the low minors wanting to move on to a higher level, but when none of my major league coaches want to return to a 107-win team, something seems wrong. Is anybody else having this problem?
