Is this possible?

Has anyone seen a play like this in the game? This from a real game by the way (M Napoli grounded into fielder's choice to third, E Andrus out at home, M Young to third)

Nothing unusual about that.

Andrus on 3rd, Young on 2nd. Napoli does a swinging bunt, runners go. Third baseman charges and throws to the plate, where Andrus is tagged out.

Yep. Pretty routine play, I'd say. The same could have happened if the infield was playing in and the priority was to get the out at the plate if it was a tying or go ahead run.
