Laptop died

my laptop is dead and I can't unlicence the game. Can anyone tell me what to do?

You get two licenses with the purchase. If you need to reset them both because the laptop died (and it's happened to me many times), reach out the esellerate with your purchase info. See the support site for FAQs around doing that.
