One player is on two different teams' 40-man roster - online league problem

So we just had an expansion draft in our online league. There was one player who was drafted in the expansion draft, and he shows up on his new team and on their 40-man roster.

However, he also remains on the 40-man roster of the team that lost him, despite not even being on the team. And when I right-click on him, it doesn't give me any transaction options. I tried dragging and dropping him to the bottom of the screen to release him. I even tried deleting him and he just won't get off this team's 40-man roster. Any ideas?

Got this one figured out.

I just traded him back to his original team so that the duplicate was on the same roster as the real guy. It basically merged the two players and then I was free to release him and send him back to the expansion team.
