iOOTP Scoring Bug

I was playing through a game and encountered a rain delay in the 5th inning. I was winning the game handily, but because of the delay, had to remove my starting pitcher, who had logged only 4 IP. I did so via a double-switch, bringing in a 2B off the bench and putting him in the #9 spot in the lineup.

I noticed in the box score that my starting 2B was awarded the pitching win. He managed to be briefly tagged as a P during the double-switch (which happens fairly frequently from what I've seen), and was credited the victory since my starter did not go the requisite 5 innings. He did not throw a single pitch, yet was still awarded a win.

Edit: To clarify, this is iOOTP12

Does his win also show up in the stats, or just in the boxscore?

In the stats also. His pitching line is 1 G, 0.0 IP, 1 W.
