The Formula?

Can anyone explain the formula for player stats? If I am playing 1968 for example, how much percentage do the stats for 68 count? So if I wanted to enjoy the 31 win season of Denny McLain should I play 1968 or 1969? Thanks for any help.

We had this last year as far as I remember.

The ratings in historical leagues are based on the year you play.

thank you

Thanks. I know in the computer game it is a formula of 2 or 3 seasons of averaged stats with different percentages placed on different seasons.
