Minor League management

Is it better to set you minor league lineups, depth charts and pitching staffs yourself or is it better to let your minor league staffs handle it?

I find that to be a personal preference.

Personally, I let the AI set my minor league pitching staffs and line-ups but I do all the promotions and demotions as a GM would do in real life.

I use player strategies to lock key players in where I want them and then I let the AI take care of the rest.
