Auto-play slowdown with latest patch?

I'm simming a few test seasons for some of my set ups.

That was pretty fast with the original release (say, about 6-7 years in 45 minutes, for a 16 team ML with AAA, AA, A, COL, HS).

Since the update, though, the first few weeks run by fast, then become successively slower till, within 8 or so months game time, days can take a few seconds to process - even if no games are scheduled.

I've tried with a minimal league (8 ML teams, no minors), and get the same.

If I stop auto-play, then restart it, I it happens again: super fast for the first few weeks, then gradually, slowing down.

System is i7 w/2GHz, 16GB RAM, Win7 64 bit.

I've already tried disabling any background processes, including virus scanner, but no luck.

Anyone else seeing this?

Seems there was a memory leak.

He's aware of it and has fixed the problem and the fix will be in the next patch.
