Changing from OOTP 12 to 13

I wasn't sure of this answer, but if I buy Ootp 13 will it erase and replace my Ootp 12 i have on my computer? I like to buy ootp 13, but I'm affraid it will erase and replace my ootp 12, which in turn will mess up my MP online league. I like to be able to have both versions on my computer.

Another question is: if I buy the game will it come with all the updated patches or do i need to come back on the forum and download the patch seperate from the game?

Last question is: there a section/thread that can give me the settings to set my game to play as realistic to MLB?

1)No it will nto erase v12 on your computer. You can have both
2)When you buy the game it will have all the current patches
3)The MLB quickstart with the all in one mod is pretty close to realistic
