Posting news to Twitter

This works just fine, but it only posts the Title of each news item.

It would be better if it took the first 137 characters of the actual news story and posted them with 3 dots afterwards (...) which would take up the maximum 140 characters allowed by Twitter.

It'd also be useful if we could take the #ootp out of the message as well if we're using this for our online league owners as a new fixture of the league as we do in the BBS.

As it is, I have to click to 'edit' the news, then copy/paste the news to twitter and then clean up the links the game has in the news story to teams/player pages.
