Idea: Owner Fiscal Attitude Adjustments

Hello,

I was thinking about owners and their attitude when it comes to money (I love this feature, by the way.) Sometimes I've seen that real owners that haven't won a championship in their lifetime and they're getting on in years begin to open up the pocketbook for that key free agent that might get them over the hump. Just an idea, but maybe it'd be possible for owners to change their attitude towards money as they get to be geezers?

This would be a fine addition, as long as it isn't something that happens very often, I don't think it happens a lot in real life, although Mike Illitch is a good example of it right now. That is, if the owners live that long on this game, in my case (could be a fluke), I never seem to see owners live into their 70s, they all die off in their 60s.
